A phenomenology of paranormality with a strong Wittgensteinian influence. It is taken that the perception of the world as 'magickal' is on an equal epistemological footing to its not being so. This is due to the criteria invoked by paranormal phenomena itself. Exploring this alternative we find that the condition of its possibility is that information is directly interactive with any putative solidity, thus the work postulate a substantialisation of information. This substance we call Pneuma. The Pneuma has as its counterpart the showing itself as putative externality beyond the Pneuma, this we call Umbra. As a phenomenology these descriptions just try to be for things as they show themselves.
What are the characteristics of the world? Is not ineffability one of them?
